Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use.

* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lovizi.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to contact@lovizi.com

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift donor preferred to receive the item first to offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift donor and it will know that you have returned the item.

expedition

To return a product, you must send it by post to the address indicated by email.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Product Cancellation

The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days to return the Product (s) ordered (s), at its expense and in new condition in its packaging and original packaging.

The return period runs from the date of receipt of the Product by the Customer or by the person designated by him, other than the carrier, and until the date of shipment indicated on the return package, the stamp of the post office or the carrier acting as proof.

The Customer must return the Product, enclosing the invoice, the withdrawal form attached to the parcel as reproduced in the appendix of these GCS completed by the Customer or by a declaration without any ambiguity showing his will to give up the sale, and as possible customs documents.

The right of return, if exercised validly, allows the Customer to obtain the refund of his Order in the amount of the value of the returned Products within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products by Lovizi, as well as standard shipping costs corresponding to the order of the Product, excluding the possible increase of delivery costs in case of selection of a priority mode of delivery by the Customer.

No refund can be made however on a bank card whose expiry date has expired.

Incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled products by the Customer will not be returned, refunded or exchanged. It will also be possible to pick up the parcels for which there is nothing to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number, delivery note).

In accordance with Article L121-21-8.3e of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded when the Product (s) was / were made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
