After confirmation of order, Lovizi Company undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the buyer and this in the shortest time. This carrier undertakes, by contract with the Lovizi Company, to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the Customer, and provided to the carrier by the Lovizi Company.
Modes of Delivery
Delivery will be made by EMS e.packet for any low volume package or courier for any bulky package.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Customer and may vary depending on the tariff of the carrier, as well as the various options subscribed.
The average delivery times observed for delivery are 3 to 16 working days, depending on the destination of the shipment. No delivery is provided on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This time can be shortened or lengthened depending on the chosen delivery option. These deadlines are indicative and without obligation on our part, and can not be the subject of a claim for compensation from the Lovizi Company.
The delivery times indicated on the order confirmation email sent by the Lovizi Company apply from the receipt thereof, except for orders paid by check or transfer, the shipping is effective only 'from the reception of the payment.
Terms of delivery
The conditions of delivery of our products are governed by the General Conditions of Transport established by the carrier concerned according to the type of service used.
According to the General Conditions of Transport of the aforementioned companies, we inform you that:
bulky packages are not delivered to the floor but are delivered at least at the door step of the house or building.
the delivery is not necessarily the subject of a prior appointment. However, it is the Customer's duty to leave a telephone number with the Company so that it can be contacted during the day.
if the Customer is absent from his home upon delivery, a notice will be left in his mailbox with the carrier's details, so that the Customer can contact him within 24 hours and make an appointment for a second presentation.
By signing the delivery note, the Customer accepts the products delivered in the state and therefore no claim for damages during transit will be accepted. It is the Customer's responsibility to carry out any checks and make any detailed reservations when the equipment arrives and to exercise any recourse against the carrier.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to make reservations, if any, on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier. These reservations must be sent to the Lovizi Company, within 2 working days from the day after the delivery date of the package, failing which the right to the claim will cease to be acquired: by email to: email@example.com
The delivery of the parcel means the first presentation of the parcel to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The Company's logistics department will take the necessary steps as soon as possible to remedy the problem.
The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days to return the Product (s) ordered (s), at its expense and in new condition in its packaging and original packaging.
The return period runs from the date of receipt of the Product by the Customer or by the person designated by him, other than the carrier, and until the date of shipment indicated on the return package, the stamp of the post office or the carrier acting as proof.
The Customer must return the Product, enclosing the invoice, the withdrawal form attached to the parcel as reproduced in the appendix of these GCS completed by the Customer or by a declaration without any ambiguity showing his will to give up the sale, and as possible customs documents.
The right of return, if exercised validly, allows the Customer to obtain the refund of his Order in the amount of the value of the returned Products within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products by Lovizi, as well as standard shipping costs corresponding to the order of the Product, excluding the possible increase of delivery costs in case of selection of a priority mode of delivery by the Customer.
No refund can be made however on a bank card whose expiry date has expired.
Incomplete, damaged, damaged, worn or soiled products by the Customer will not be returned, refunded or exchanged. It will also be possible to pick up the parcels for which there is nothing to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number, delivery note).
the right of withdrawal is excluded when the Product (s) was / were made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
